The painting Spiral Cabbage by Linda Dallas has been selected as the top visual arts entry of the Food Art Manifesto contest and will grace the cover of the upcoming issue of the Englewood Review of Books. This contest was inspired by Brent Aldrich's insightful reflections on the book Vilmorin: The Vegetable Garden.
